If, for any reason, one of our product does not meet your expectations or if you'd like to request a return, contact us at or using our contact form and Fanny will personally take care of CustomerService@lapetitecreme.com for you. Our return policy lasts for 30 days. So if you want to return any product, you can initiate the return request within 30 days after receiving the product.

US Shipping

From the time you place your order, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. This timeframe includes order processing, fulfillment, shipment, and final delivery. We email your tracking information once your order ships from our Miami warehouse.

International Shipping

International delivery typically takes a minimum of 10–15 business days from order placement, but timing isn’t guaranteed and varies by destination. We email tracking once your order ships from our Miami warehouse. Import duties, taxes, or Customs fees may apply and are determined by your local Customs office. We don’t issue refunds for international orders once they leave our Miami warehouse.
